A property valuation report is a detailed report undertaken to ascertain an asset’s market value at the date of inspection. It details out key features such as the size of the property, its condition, property user, characteristics of the neighbourhood, various comparables, valuation methodologies and suitability of the asset. It is a legally binding report that is prepared by a Registered and Practising Valuer (registered by Valuers Registration Board of Kenya) who has completed a university level degree and attained relevant training.
